Migrations rarely happen during office hours. Scheduling lets you prepare every record change in advance and pick the moment it goes live.

How it works

A scheduled change is a normal edit that is held back until its publish time. Until then it stays visible in the schedule overview, where it can be edited or cancelled.

  • Pick a date and time per change
  • Group changes so they publish together
  • Cancel or edit right up to the publish moment

Lowering the TTL first

The schedule also reminds you to lower the TTL on records you plan to move, well before the switch. Without that, resolvers keep handing out the old value long after the change went live.
